Stan Sinclair, SAG Co-Founder

Stan Sinclair is a former government Senior Executive with substantial experience developing and managing large organizations, including overseeing 13,000 employees and a $37 billion dollar budget for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits Administration. Since his retirement from the government in 2003, Mr. Sinclair has leveraged his knowledge and experience to facilitate leadership training sessions, author training materials, serve as an executive coach, provide government business development assistance, and a variety of other consulting services. During his time with Sinclair Advisory Group, Stan assembled a talented and experienced team to assist him in providing these and other services to a diverse group of clients.  Career highlights include:

  • Recipient of Meritorious Presidential Rank and Distinguished Service Awards
  • Deputy Undersecretary for Benefits, Veterans Benefits Administration from 2002-2003
  • Chief Learning Officer, Department of Veterans Affairs from 1999-2002
  • Deputy for Financial Management, Department of Veterans Affairs 1993-1999
  • Vietnam Era veteran who served with the U.S. Air Force
  • B.S. in Psychology, Masters in Counseling and Political Science/Public Administration
